Ｑ：相手がこのカードに対し攻撃宣言しました。優先権はあちらにあるためその時に相手が《サイクロン》等を発動しました。この場合、スペルスピード１のこのカードの効果を発動できますか？

Ａ：その場合でもターンプレイヤーである相手はまずこのカードを攻撃を無効にする効果を発動するかどうか確認する必要があり、確認をせずに相手はチェーン１でスペルスピード２の《サイクロン》などの効果を発動すること自体できません。(11/03/20)(konami forgets to change the date?)

same question but answer is :
In this situation, you must ask your opponent whether he wants to active the effect to negate the attack(or any other trigger effect, speed spell 1 cards) or not,after that only you are allowed to chain speed spell 2 cards like MST.

for battle fader :

Ｑ：自分のモンスターが相手に攻撃を行いました。
　　この時点では優先権が自分にあるので、《サイクロン》を発動しました。
　　相手は、この《サイクロン》(スペルスピード２)にチェーンして《バトルフェーダー》(スペルスピード１)の効果を発動できますか？
Ａ：調整中。

　　なお、相手が《バトルフェーダー》の効果を発動する意志があることを表明した場合、そもそも自分がチェーン１で《サイクロン》を発動できるかどうか調整中。(11/03/20)
