Ｑ：相手の《大嵐》に対し発動した所、相手は《スターダスト・ドラゴン》にチェーンして《非常食》を発動し《大嵐》を墓地に送りました。
　　《スターダスト・ドラゴン》は《大嵐》を破壊できていない事になりますが、《スターダスト・ドラゴン》を自身の効果でエンドフェイズに特殊召喚することは可能ですか？
Ａ：無効にする事は出来ますが、エンドフェイズに特殊召喚出来るかは調整中(11/08/24)

all of above ruling have no answer yet,the first 2 ruling is talking about royal oppression negate the effect of monster reborn, the last ruling is talking about if emergency provision cost heavy storm during eng phase can special summon stardust or not....(actually the main problem is why emergency provision can still cost heavy storm if you understand the following ruling : monster reborn is consider not at field when there is a effect that negate its activation (example : shien)

explaination :c1 monster reborn,c2 shien negate, stardust can't negate the effect of shien ! lets wait and see

New ruling for stardust dragon(it can no longer kill shien with its effect)

basically this ruling is talking about :when activating an effect that negate the activation of spell/trap cards,they are not consider at field.

for the case of royal oppression :

explaination : when royal oppression negate the effect of monster reborn / call of haunted, you can't chain stardust effect against royal oppression, because that monster reborn / call of haunted is not consider at field.

explaination : C1 heavy storm, C2 stardust dragon, C3 emergency provisions cost heavy storm, stardust still negate its effects, but since stardust dragon can't destroy heavy storm, during end phase, you can't SS stardust( now we can waste 1 mst target our spell / trap to kill stardust = =)

Report of the YuGiOh World Champion Final

Game 1

M Foolish Burial Dandy and get 2 tokens then summon Lonefire Blossom but negated but orange light. Then he pass his turn

O Summon Venus and cost 1500 life point to call out 3 mystical balls and 2 in attack position. 2Balls attack the 2 tokens and Venus direct attacks and overlay summon Gatchi gachi in main phase 2. End turn.

M Summon Lonefire and activate effect to special summon Mystic Tomato and attack the mystical ball in defense position. End turn.

O Banish 2 agent on field and in grave yard to call out 2 master Hyperion and banish mystical ball in graveyard to destroy mystic tomato, Gatchi Gatchi in attack position and all direct attack and win.


Game 2

M set one monster and 3 back row. End turn.

O summon Sangan and attack the Lonefire in defense position, set 1 card and end phase.

M Lonefire 1 activate effect to special summon Lonefire 2 and activate call of the haunted revive Lonefire 1 and use the effect again to call out dandy. Lonefire 2 activate effect release dandy but negated by orange light. 2 tokens on field. Normal summon debris and call out Trishula. Effect activated banish the back row which is Trap dustshoot, Hyperion in graveyard and cards from the sky in hand. 2 tokens. Trishula attacks Sangan and Sangan effect search Earth.

O summon Earth and get Chain disappearance but still can search Venus to hand. Banish Venus from hand and special summon Master Hyperion but get Solemn Warning.

M Trishula Direct attack and set one back row. End turn.

O Cyclone the back row (torrential tribute) and summon Venus with 2 mystical balls. Attack 2 tokens and overlay summon Gatchi Gatchi.

M Trishula attacks Venus and set 1 monster. End phase.

O banish Venus from graveyard and call out Hyperion and destroy the set monster (Ryko) and attack Trishula with 3100 attack.

M summon Card Trooper and mill 3 magic trap. End.

O Hyperion attack card trooper and set 1 back row. End.

M summon doppel warrior and suicide (Life poikt left 600). Special summon Chaos sorcerer in main phase 2 but get torrential tribute. Gatchi gatchi detach 1 material. player got no hand card.

O gatchi gatchi attack 700 (500+200) attacks and win the game~!!



Ogawa got his new name called Dustshoot killer because he always trap dustshoot player in opponent's first turn~

Banned list prediction( i wants magician of faith =D )

Many duelist started to predict which card may get hit xD

i hope konami won't ban any card XD

Limited:
TG librarian - everyone know why, but i guess....sept limited it, gold series 4 reprint it, then march only ban it xD (cold wave case?)

Magician of faith - many people forget this card, we got monster reborn and dark hole to search(i wants to search pot of greed =X ) last september everyone predict it may release from banned list. No BLS - envoy of the beginning come out from the ban list please, it is still very strong,and many deck will get boost, facing quasar in QD deck is a nightmare, i don't want to see 1 more envoy of the beginning stand there =X.

united of six samurai/dual sword technique - either limit 1 of them please, united is the pot of greed of six sam, dual sword technique SS yaichi destroy 1 set and SS shien, many advantageeeee.

kristya - to hit agent deck, not allowed to SS is very gay(see how royal oppression kill many deck )

virus - please hit virus =X you can see your opponent hand and spell/trap/monster and destroyyyy it. the most important part is, it last for 3 turn

solemn warning - we got 1 new trap hole to use, is Konami going to limit solemn warning so that release 1 new trap hole give us use?(i feel like....this maybe get banned or cold wave case - limit it, reprint at gold series then ban)

semi limit-
royal decree - setting miror force royal tribute royal oppression, opponent active royal decree, what will you feel? we only got 1 book of moon.

ultimate offering - limit it is like....killing offering gadget, we make it slower and see how.
