●変更前
モンスターの起動効果を、モンスターの召喚（反転召喚・特殊召喚）に成功したタイミングに発動する事ができる。

●変更後
モンスターの起動効果を、モンスターの召喚（反転召喚・特殊召喚）に成功したタイミングでは発動できない。

when monster is summoned, you can't active ignition monster effect anymore(like DAD,snipe hunter,judgment dragon++)

explain in a easier way,like normal/equipment spell cards,the activation timing are the same.

try not to mix this ruling with trigger effect(monarchs)/quick effect(true 6 samurai shien/stardust dragon)

this ruling will take place on 19 march(same with with the release of starter deck)
