Cyber Valley

You do not select which effect to activate when you Summon "Cyber Valley". You select to activate the effect when the timing for the effect is appropriate.
If an effect is chained to Cyber Valley's second or third effect that removes "Cyber Valley" from the field, the effect disappears. Why? Coz Cyber Valley's second and third effect needs it to be on the field and RFP together with the cards to activate.

For the first effect, "remove this card from play" is a cost.
Cost, first effect's a cost. For the second effect, you target the two monsters and remove them from play at resolution, not cost.

Forbidden Chalice kills Cyber Valley and its effects.
Cyber Valley uses it effects, ( anyone of it ) enemy chain Forbidden CHalice, Cyber Valley RFP itself or wif other cards to use it effects, Forbidden Chalice resolve, Cyber Valley's effect activate on the field and it's negated.
Eventhough it can still activate its effect and remove itself from the field. However, the effect was activated on the field, so it will be negated by the effect of Forbidden Chalice, even though Cyber Valley is not face-up on the field.

For the effect "● You can remove from play this card and 1 face-up monster you control, and draw 2 cards." of Cyber Valley, you draw the cards after removing from play the monsters; the two do not occur simultaneously.
Cards that is removed from play with Cyber Valley will miss it timing to activate any effects that will be activated when it is RFP. Example? Hmmm..... Necroface? Fortune Lady Light?

Good card? Maybe.

end,.,/.
